PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, PLAN AND ACTION

dear diary,
that was our topic today. Spend the time with the UM lectures, was awesome!!
they really share their experience with their students, their life, to us
many things i'd learned today, but the most interesting part i like the most is., about THE DISC PROFILING
D--DOMINANT
I--INFLUENCING
S--STABLE
C--COMPLIANT

and i'm the one of the compliant, those who like to think too much, analyzing something, even the smallest thing. COMPLIANT people, well organised, like routines, and prefer the job to be done rather than doing it differently

but for dominant, this is suitable for those who are risk takers, like to be the president, always want to be the number one

as i, influencing, is the type of people, like fun, always make job, easily get bored

s--stable, people like to help others

however, this 4 characteristics can be cross over, kita boleh ada lebih daripada satu karakter ini, cuma kekuatan kita di mana sahaja,

why we were exposed to this ??this is because, so that, we can adpat, handle the various type of people..

seriously i appreciate this moment, and now, i started to love this camp..mmuahh

tadi duduk at belakang mamat hensem tu :)
tapi, dia ni aku tengok, asek dengan handphone je, tahula hp mahal, tak concentrate langsung orang cakap at depan..huhu..tapi dia PP..taw..

PP tu ape?PEMBANTU PELAJAR, so, batch PASUM 2013/2014...ha.. i will exposed to you who that handsome guy, a few months later ok ><
